We can usually provide an initial cost estimate range,sight unseen.

If the initial cost estimate range is in line with your budget,
you’ll want to schedule an appointment.
An experienced carpenter will arrive at your home equipped to start work.
At this point, you’ll be dealing directly with the professional who will do the work,
not a salesperson or administrator.

Your cost for the first appointment is $75 for a half hour visit.
During this time, the work area is inspected, your scope of service is confirmed,
and a final cost estimate is provided.

Don’t like the final cost estimate or simply not comfortable with proceeding?
That’s ok. You can stop everything and your financial exposure
is limited to $75, payable when we leave your home.

If the final cost estimate is o.k. and you elect to proceed, work will start immediately.
After the initial half hour, the labor rate is $75 per hour.
